Richard Ondua serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer at PARIC, where he provides strategic leadership across the firm's investment strategy, portfolio development and long-term capital allocation.

Before assuming his current role, Richard served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing General Partner. Since joining PARIC in 2019, he has been involved in identifying and supporting businesses operating across technology, financial services, agriculture and other growth-oriented sectors.

His investment interests include businesses addressing fundamental market needs, particularly those building scalable infrastructure, improving access to essential services or creating more efficient ways for businesses and consumers to participate in growing markets.
