Francis Folazi serves as Co-CEO of PARIC, with a focus on technology, software and growth-stage businesses. His investment perspective is shaped by experience across technology businesses and by working alongside founders as they develop and scale their companies.

Richard Ondua serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer at PARIC, where he contributes to the firm's investment strategy, capital allocation and portfolio development. His experience spans technology, financial services and growth-stage businesses, with a focus on identifying opportunities with the potential to build durable value.

Juliah Nzebi serves as Co-CEO of PARIC, contributing to the firm's investment strategy and development. Her investment perspective spans healthcare, technology and life sciences, with experience across businesses at different stages of development.
